The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience with color matching and modern paint systems. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming) Mix and match paint colors accurately Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and finishes Blend paint into adjacent panels when required Buff and polish completed paintwork Maintain a clean and organized paint booth Follow all safety and environmental regulations Ensure all work meets OEM and shop quality standards Qualifications 3+ years experience as an Auto Body Painter Strong knowledge of paint systems and mixing Experience with blending and color matching Ability to produce high-quality, defect-free finishes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have own tools (preferred) I-CAR certification is a plus What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work Reliable and consistent Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality Team player What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Steady workflow (consistent jobs) Clean, professional paint environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company
