What you'll do Perform multi-stage paint correction (compounding, polishing, defect removal) to prep vehicles for coating Apply professional-grade ceramic coatings to paint, wheels, glass, and trim Inspect vehicles before and after, and flag anything the customer should know about Keep the bay clean and treat every customer's vehicle like it's your own Complete jobs in the afternoons and evenings on a schedule that works with ours What we're looking for Ceramic coating certification Proven paint correction experience A portfolio of your work: before/after photos, Instagram, or a gallery we can review Attention to detail and pride in a flawless finish Reliable, and able to hit agreed-upon completion times Own polishers and tools preferred Pay & perks Commission on every coating and correction job you complete No chasing leads.
