HVLP Spray Technician About Us:
N-Hance Wood Refinishing is an innovative cabinet and wood renewal company specializing in cabinet refinishing, cabinet painting, cabinet refacing, and wood floor renewal. We provide customers with a factory-quality finish without the mess, dust, and inconvenience of traditional refinishing methods. We are a growing Denver Metro company looking for a skilled Cabinet Refinisher / HVLP Spray Technician who can work independently in customers' homes and in a spray booth environment. This is full-time, year-round work with consistent scheduling and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do:
As a Cabinet Refinisher / HVLP Spray Technician, you will be responsible for: Spraying cabinet doors, drawer fronts, trim, and built-ins using HVLP systems Performing cabinet refinishing and cabinet painting projects in occupied homes Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, repairing, and priming Installing cabinet refacing materials including veneer and laminate products Replacing cabinet doors and drawer fronts with precise alignment and fit Mixing and applying coatings properly for a smooth factory-like finish Maintaining a clean and organized job site and spray booth Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members Ensuring projects are completed on time with high attention to detail Performing touch-ups and final quality inspections before project completion
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must have: Proven experience spraying cabinets with HVLP systems Experience with cabinet painting, refinishing, or wood finishing Ability to spray independently with minimal supervision Strong masking and prep skills Experience working inside occupied residential homes Knowledge of woodworking tools and cabinet renovation techniques High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to problem solve and adapt in the field Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to work Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm Ability to work at multiple job sites throughout the Denver Metro area
Preferred:
Experience with waterborne coatings Experience in cabinet refacing and door installation Spray booth experience Finish carpentry experience We are not looking for basic painters. We are looking for someone who: Understands fine finish work Can produce consistent spray quality Takes ownership of projects Shows up on time Communicates professionally Cares about craftsmanship and customer satisfaction If you can consistently produce high-quality cabinet finishes and work independently, we want to talk to you.
