We're building a team of craftsmen who care about flawless finishes, tight tolerances, and high-visibility work used in premium commercial environments—think retail, trade show exhibits, signage and architectural feature elements. If you take pride in laying down a glass-smooth finish , dialing in your gun, and hitting color and sheen specs without rework—we want to talk. What You'll Actually Be Doing Spray high-end finishes on metal, plastics, and composite substrates Operate in a professional spray booth environment with proper airflow, filtration, and lighting Use HVLP and/or air-assisted systems to achieve consistent, defect-free finishes Mix coatings (urethane, acrylic, epoxy systems) with precision Execute & guide full prep process: sanding, cleaning, masking, priming Inspect your own work—because you care about quality before it leaves your booth Identify and correct defects like a pro (runs, orange peel, fisheyes, dry spray, etc.) Work alongside a production team that moves fast and expects the same from you What Separates You From the Pack You don't just "paint"—you control the outcome You can adjust fluid, fan, and air pressure without guessing You understand how temperature, humidity, and substrate impact finish quality You hit consistent color, sheen, and mil thickness You minimize rework because you get it right the first time What You Need to Bring 3-5+ years in industrial, automotive, aerospace, cabinetry, or similar high-finish environments Proven experience spraying in a controlled booth setting (not brush/roller work) Strong knowledge of multi-step coating systems Ability to read specs and execute without constant supervision High standards—this is not a "good enough" shop Bonus Points If You Have Experience with custom fabrication, retail fixtures, signage or exhibit builds Color matching or working with custom finishes and specialty coatings Exposure to Lean manufacturing or production efficiency standards Why Top Painters Choose This Role Work that gets noticed - not hidden behind walls Clean, organized, well-equipped paint environment Leadership that understands finishing is a skilled trade—not an afterthought Competitive pay that reflects your skill level Opportunity to grow as we scale Confidential Search We're hiring confidentially.
