$22-28 DOE About the Opportunity A well-established crane manufacturing and industrial equipment company is looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join their warehouse and manufacturing operation in Henderson, Colorado. This is a great opportunity for an Industrial Painter, Spray Painter, Powder Coating Technician, or Paint Technician with experience preparing and coating steel, cranes, heavy equipment, machinery, or other industrial components. Industrial Painter Responsibilities Prepare industrial equipment, steel components, cranes, and other surfaces for painting and coating Perform industrial spray painting using conventional pot sprayers, air-assisted airless, and airless paint sprayers Apply epoxy coatings, alkyd paints, and other industrial coatings Perform surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, wet sanding, and masking Prepare equipment and surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and finish quality Perform powder coating as needed Assist with sand blasting and media blasting when required Inspect completed work for proper coverage, finish, and quality Follow safety procedures when working with paints, coatings, solvents, blasting equipment, and industrial equipment Work independently while following production schedules, specifications, and supervisor instructions Industrial Painter Qualifications 1+ year of industrial painting experience Experience with industrial spray painting Experience with powder coating Experience with wet sanding and surface preparation Knowledge of epoxy paint and industrial coatings Experience using conventional pot sprayers, air-assisted airless, or airless paint sprayers Understanding of water-based alkyd paint Ability to properly prepare, clean, sand, and mask equipment before coating Sandblasting or media blasting experience is a plus Automotive paint and bodywork experience is a plus Experience painting steel, cranes, heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial components is preferred What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently in a warehouse and industrial manufacturing environment .
