$22 / hour Job Description CTR Group is currently seeking Brush & Roll Painters for the Dover Air Force Base in DE. Candidates must be able to access the Air Force Base. Pay Rate $22.00 an hour with good Benefits. Position starts second week of May and will run for 8 weeks.

SUMMARY:

Seeking Painter / Helpers for the Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. The workers should have a good background, valid ID, and be a citizen of the United States The Brush and Roll Painter is responsible for applying paint, stains, and coatings to surfaces using brushes and rollers. This role focuses on delivering high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, or industrial projects while maintaining safety standards and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes and rollers Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and masking materials Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results Inspect surfaces and completed work for quality and consistency Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow safety procedures and use protective gear as required Communicate with supervisors or clients regarding project progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter (brush and roll experience preferred) Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation Ability to work with precision and attention to detail Physical stamina and ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift materials Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures Reliable transportation (if required for job sites) Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
