•Job Description We are seeking Industrial Painters for a great career opportunity in the Green Cove Springs, FL area who will be responsible for maintaining technical equipment for the job and ensuring that they are in working order, using a wide array of painting tools including thin and thick brushes and airbrushes, among other duties. Overtime every week with a standard 50 hour work week means you earn over $800 per week!
Schedule:
1st Shift - Monday thru Friday, 5am to 3:30pm And Weekend Warrior - Friday to Monday 4am to 4:30pm
Pay:
$19-21, depending on experience Job Duties of the
Industrial Painter:
Paint sheet metal components. Prepare surfaces for painting. Maintain technical equipment for the job and ensure that they are in working order. Possess the ability to use an array of painting tools, including thin and thick brushes, airbrushes, and rollers. Safely dispose of chemical waste. Ensure that high safety standards are met. Utilize different painting techniques based on the nature of the surface. Utilize special safety equipment such as painting goggles. Use viscosity cups and thickness gauges to measure the amount of paint to be used and the texture of the paint. Paint small items and do touch-ups. Ensure proper ventilation after the paint is applied. Polish metallic surfaces. Skills and Qualifications of the
Industrial Painter:
High school diploma or GED. Some experience painting with a spray gun. Proficiency with technical machinery. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Diligence and attention to detail. Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Good communication and organizational skills. This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In. This is a drug-free workplace. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check.
