The successful candidate will have knowledge of the following: preparing wood for finishing with proper sanding and filling of defects applying stains blending colors to achieve the best look spraying finishes Our shop typically sprays lacquer finishes. The ideal candidate will have experience with this. We also find that spraying skills from other industries (automobile finishing, house painting, etc.) can translate well and form a good foundation for a candidate.
