In this vital role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality powder coatings to mainyl wheels and other misc automotive parts, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and volume. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional products to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills into a long-term trade. Duties Prepare metal parts and components by cleaning, masking, and surface preparation to ensure optimal coating adhesion Operate powder coating equipment, including spray booths, airless paint sprayers, and curing ovens to apply consistent finishes Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs using power tools and hand tools Follow safety protocols related to industrial painting, welding, and working with hazardous materials Assist in flow and meet project deadlines Assist in tire dismount and mounting and balance Assist in putting vehicles on jack stand.
