Orlando, FL Job Details Temporary | Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Construction painting Cutting Spray guns (painting, coating and spraying tool) Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive painter to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, maintain a good pace, pay attention to detail, and take initiative without needing constant supervision.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Spray paint using an airless sprayer with confidence and proper technique. Roll walls, ceilings, and exterior surfaces efficiently. Cut in clean, straight lines around ceilings, trim, doors, windows, and corners. Perform interior and exterior painting. Prepare surfaces before painting, including sanding, caulking, patching, masking, and minor repairs. Protect floors, furniture, windows, landscaping, and surrounding areas before starting work. Apply primer and paint properly to achieve a clean, professional finish. Perform touch-ups and inspect completed work for quality. Keep the job site clean and organized. Properly clean and maintain sprayers, rollers, brushes, and other equipment. Work efficiently as part of a team and independently when needed. Be proactive, dependable, responsible, and willing to take initiative. Follow instructions while also being able to identify what needs to be done next without constant direction.
Requirements:
Previous professional painting experience required. Must know how to spray, roll, and cut in professionally. Experience with airless paint sprayers required. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable transportation. Ability to work on ladders and perform physically demanding painting work. Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to work.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
