In this energized role, you will be the driving force behind preparing metal components for finishing, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards. Your expertise in surface preparation, sanding, and pre-treatment will help deliver flawless finishes on a variety of products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision and attention to detail are key to success. Whether you're experienced in industrial painting, fabrication, or materials handling, your skills will contribute directly to our manufacturing excellence. Duties Prepare metal parts by cleaning, sanding, and pre-treating surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Operate power tools, hand tools, and airless paint spraying equipment safely and efficiently Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and surface conditions before coating Handle materials using forklifts, cranes, or other warehouse equipment to move parts within the department Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks to support production flow when required You will be working in a non air conditioned area Qualifications Previous experience with industrial or construction painting, auto painting, or auto body repair is highly desirable Knowledge of machining, welding, and fabrication processes is a plus Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments accurately Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to prepping and coating processes Warehouse experience or background in manufacturing environments preferred Join us in delivering top-tier products by ensuring every component is perfectly prepped for the next stage of finishing.
