Join a Global Aerospace Company Growing in Pensacola, FL Field International is a global engineering, tooling, and manufacturing organization with more than 30 years of experience supporting the aerospace, defense, transport, energy, and medical industries. Established in 1995, the company provides specialized tooling, manufacturing services, ground support equipment, and engineering solutions to customers around the world. Backed by deep engineering expertise and a global network of facilities, Field International delivers end-to-end solutions ranging from design and engineering to manufacturing, installation, and ongoing support. Our growing Pensacola operation offers the opportunity to work on challenging aerospace projects and play a key role in our continued U.S. expansion. What we're looking for Experience in aerospace, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing painting and finishing operations. Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, including cleaning, masking, sanding, priming, and coating application. Experience with paint mixing, thinning, and application methods using spray equipment, including HVLP systems and paint booths. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, work instructions, and paint schematics. Understanding of quality requirements, including visual inspections, coating thickness measurements, and documentation practices. Commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of PPE, chemical handling, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to produce high-quality finishes on aerospace components. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in industrial coatings or painting are a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift moderate weights in a manufacturing setting.
