Our client, a leading organization in the woodworking and cabinetry industry, is seeking a Warehouse Paint Sprayer to join their team. As a Warehouse Paint Sprayer, you will be part of the finishing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Shift:

  Monday-Friday
• 1:30PM - 10:00PM (some Saturdays/overtime!)
• What's the Job?
• + Apply solvent-based paints, stains, and other coating materials on wood components with precision and consistency + Verify color match and ensure quality assurance of finished parts + Maintain spray application of 3.

5-4.0 wet mils on all parts to ensure a quality finish + Adjust spraying equipment to ensure proper coating application + Support safety and environmental protocols, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA regulations

• What's Needed?
• + High school diploma or equivalent required + 0-2 years' experience in a related field preferred + Good verbal and written communication skills in English + Ability to understand work instructions and technical documents + Physical ability to lift/move over 50 lbs and perform extended standing, walking, and stooping
