Schumacher Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Paint Technician to join our busy Collision Center. We have plenty of work and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right. What You'll Do Prepare vehicles for paint through sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation Mix and apply automotive paint, base coats, and clear coats Perform color matching and ensure a quality finish Sand, buff, and polish completed work Inspect finished vehicles for quality and make necessary corrections Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with the body and collision repair team to keep vehicles moving through the shop What We're Looking For Previous automotive paint experience is required Strong knowledge of automotive painting and refinishing processes Experience with spray guns, sanding, buffing, and related equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work efficiently in a busy collision environment Commitment to safety and quality Why Join Schumacher?
