MONDAY-THURSDAY OVER-TIME AS NEEDED ON FRIDAYS

Position Overview We are seeking dependable Production Paint Line Associates with previous manufacturing paint-line experience. Candidates must have experience hanging parts on racks before painting and removing finished parts from the line. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving plastic and metal components. Responsibilities Hang plastic and metal parts securely on paint-line racks Remove painted or powder-coated parts from racks Prepare, mask, clean, or stage parts for painting Inspect finished pieces for proper coating and quality Assist with painting or powder-coating tasks as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds Requirements Previous manufacturing paint-line experience is required Experience hanging and removing parts from paint-line racks Powder-coating experience is a plus Reliable transportation is required Able to work at a steady, fast pace Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-player attitude Able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail Safety-conscious and comfortable wearing safety glasses and other required PPE Able to lift up to 50 pounds Steel-toe shoes are required Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen CHASE provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, status as a disabled veteran, marital status, or any other legally protected characteristic in accordance with applicable laws.
