Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in coatings application or a related field is a plus. Experience with the industrial coatings process Basic understanding of hand tools and equipment used in coatings preparation and application. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work methodically to achieve quality results. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors. Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed and perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
