Production Support (Prep, Wash, & Racking)

The Opportunity We are looking for detail-oriented and hardworking individuals to join our finishing team. This role is the backbone of our Cerakote process. Because the quality of a finish is only as good as the preparation behind it, we need team members who take pride in precision and consistency.

What You'll Do Surface Preparation:

Perform meticulous prep work on various substrates (metal, polymers, etc.), including degreasing and media blasting to ensure optimal coating adhesion.

Industrial Washing:

Execute multi-stage cleaning and de-oiling processes to remove all contaminants from parts before they hit the booth.

Precision Racking:

Carefully rack and hang parts of various sizes and shapes for maximum coating efficiency while ensuring "no-touch" zones are respected.

Quality Control:

Inspect parts post-wash for any remaining residue or imperfections that could affect the final finish.

Workflow Support:

Maintain an organized staging area to keep the spray technicians supplied with a steady flow of ready-to-coat parts. What You Bring Attention to
