Job Description

Kuhio Ford is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with experience in a dealership or professional paint environment preferred. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform auto body repairs including prep, painting, and finish. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment for repairs and refinishing. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as detailing, buffing, and other duties as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with staff regarding repair processes and timelines. Qualifications Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician, preferably in a dealership or other professional setting. Familiarity with auto body repair processes including painting, detailing, and restoration. Ability to lift heavy objects as required during the repair process. Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in auto body work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members. Experience in auto estimating is a plus. A valid driver's license is preferred.
