00 per hour, based on experience | Full-time ATC, Inc. is looking for an experienced Body Shop Technician/Painter to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone with strong body repair, prep, and painting skills who takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail. The right candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a busy shop environment on a variety of vehicles and equipment. What You'll Do Perform body repairs on vehicles, trucks, trailers, RVs, and related equipment Prepare surfaces for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and refinishing Mix, match, and apply paint according to repair requirements Repair dents, panels, fiberglass, metal, and other body components as needed Perform minor fabrication or welding work when applicable Inspect completed work to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate repair needs, progress, and concerns with the shop team What We're Looking For Previous body shop, collision repair, refinishing, or painting experience preferred Experience with paint preparation, color matching, spraying, and finishing Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to perform body repair, sanding, masking, priming, and paint work Fiberglass, metal repair, fabrication, or welding experience is a plus Ability to use body shop tools, paint equipment, hand tools, and power tools Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment Valid driver's license preferred Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Schedule & Pay Full-time position $22.00
