Job Description

Come Make Money! Buried-in work! We Need Help! An aluminum-certified, I-CAR GOLD Class, OEM Certified collision repair facility is seeking a Painter's Helper / Prepper who is well-versed in paint department repairs. Our ideal candidate will be a true craftsman, a team player who understands all phases of the process, and can perform in a busy environment. I-Car certification is preferred, but the candidate must be willing to attend classes and be certified. Our Top Equipment will help you make Top Dollar !
Job Requirements:
One year experience is preferred. Must take pride in your own work, be detail oriented, and be a craftsman. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record. Must be organized, flexible, and a team player. Must be a self-starter who is also capable of following directions and working efficiently. Must be willing to take classes, learn new equipment, and achieve certifications. Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
Key Responsibilities:
Denib and Polish. Prep vehicles for paint, sanding, masking, feather-edging, and cleaning. Assist the painter with mixing, matching, and organizing materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient paint booth and prep area. Move vehicles in and out of the booth as needed. Support the team with general shop tasks when required. This is a full time position.
