In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, and finishing signs and custom projects using High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) spray equipment . The ideal candidate has experience in automotive or industrial painting , a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes that represent our clients' brands. 1st and 2nd Shift openings. Responsibilities Prep, sand, mask, and finish sign materials (metal, wood, plastics, composites). Apply primers, coatings, and topcoats using HVLP spray equipment. Mix and match paints to achieve accurate color consistency. Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure a flawless finish. Maintain spray booth, guns, and equipment in clean, safe condition. Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
