Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality powder coatings to a variety of metal components, ensuring a durable and visually appealing finish. Your expertise in industrial painting techniques, surface preparation, and safety protocols will contribute significantly to our production efficiency and product excellence. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal coating adhesion Operate powder coating equipment, including spray booths, coating guns, and airless sprayers, with precision Mix and interpret production documents to match specified colors and coating requirements accurately Handle materials safely using proper PPE such as respirators, gloves, and protective clothing in accordance with safety protocols Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment for surface finishing and assembly tasks as needed Conduct visual color comparisons and inspect finished products against quality standards in production Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to ensure consistent coating quality and safety compliance Experience Prior experience in industrial painting or powder coating within a manufacturing or construction environment is highly preferred Familiarity with coating application techniques including conventional spraying, airless paint spraying, and hand tools Knowledge of construction painting surface preparation and finishing processes Ability to interpret manufacturing documents such as work orders, process sheets, and quality standards Mechanical aptitude with experience using precision measuring instruments and basic math skills for quality control purposes Warehouse experience or materials handling skills are advantageous for efficient workflow management Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols including PPE use, respiratory protection, and hazard awareness Join our team to be part of a dynamic environment where your skills directly impact the quality of our products. Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
