• This is not a painter position
• TAOD is a small, quality-driven shop working on high-end custom motorhome finishes .

This is not a factory or production-line job . We value craftsmanship, consistency, and accuracy . Pay is based on skill-set. Key Responsibilities Frequent/weekly overtime Surface prep (sand/wet sand, buff, body work) Final detailing and finish work (polish, buff, clean to perfection) Assist team members as needed Maintain a clean, organized work area Take ownership and pride in high standards of quality and accuracy Qualifications Experience in a custom paint shop is preferred, but we will train the right person Thrives under strict quality standards Patient, reliable, consistent, career-minded Detail-oriented Has a passion for craftmanship and continuous improvement Willing to learn a very niche, specialized skill Positive attitude, respectful , and able to work closely with a small team Capable of performing job duties in a non-climate-controlled indoor environment (including extreme heat or cold) Why TAOD Custom work — no two projects are the same Small shop (under 20 employees) — not an RV factory environment Steady, year-round work with no layoffs Skill-based pay with opportunity for growth and advancement Monthly attendance bonus after 90 days 401(k) with 4% match 1 week paid time off after 1 year Flexible hours Paid holidays Apply on Indeed or stop in to fill out an application.
