Job Description
We are looking for someone to join our team with high volume low pressure painting experience (required). This position is part of the 669 Union. The right person will primarily help paint parts and product surfaces using spray guns and other paint tools to specifications. Regulate conveyor speeds, machine temperature, air pressure and circulation, as well as the flow or spray of paints. It is possible that this role will overlap with other positions in our fabrication facility where we cross train. The hours are 6am-2:30pm at the Noblesville office: 9740 E 148 th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060 Paid holidays begin after you've been with us 90 days. There is paid time off beginning after your 1-year anniversary Medical and dental benefit begin after 600 hours worked and is at no cost to you and your dependents and is all facilitated through the union. There is a pension with this union We do provide uniforms once you've been onboard for 90 days Ryan Provides all your tools & PPE We give a boot allowance
