Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in construction, general labor, roofing, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, or handyman work is beneficial. Prior experience with industrial painting, sanding, spraying, paint prep, blasting, or coatings is a plus. Familiarity with utilizing fixed spray guns, rollers, brushes, and polishing tools. Exposure to quality control procedures in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Openness and ability to learn new tasks and cross-train in related functions.
