Job Description
IHD Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Powder Coat Painter to join our growing team. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is eager to grow with our company. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing parts for powder coating, operating and maintaining the paint booth, and making real-time adjustments to ensure a flawless product. Clear communication with team members regarding any issues with parts or equipment is essential. You will also be expected to assist in other areas of production as needed.
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
