This role is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles to restore them to factory or customer-specified standards. The Painter plays a critical role in delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming vehicles through expert painting techniques, surface preparation, and refinishing processes. Your craftsmanship will ensure each vehicle meets high-quality standards, delivering a polished and professional finish that exceeds customer expectations. Work Schedule Regular Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Additional Hours:

Evenings and/or weekends may be required based on business needs, workload, or deadlines. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply automotive paint using conventional spraying methods and airless paint spraying equipment for smooth, even coats Perform surface repairs including dent filling, sanding, and priming to restore vehicle aesthetics before painting Conduct auto body repairs such as welding and heavy lifting to fix structural damages when necessary Use grinders, power tools, and buffing equipment to refine surfaces and achieve a flawless finish Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols by utilizing respiratory protection and proper handling of hazardous materials Assist with auto glass replacement, detailing, and minor mechanical tasks to support overall vehicle restoration efforts Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in automotive painting and refinishing Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in auto body repair and auto restoration Proficiency with hand tools, grinders, power tools, and surface preparation masking techniques Skilled in conventional spraying, airless paint spraying, and buffing for high-quality finishes Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and auto estimating processes Ability to operate welding equipment safely and perform auto glass replacements when needed Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about repair progress and finishes Join us if you're passionate about automotive artistry!
