One of our client companies is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join their team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing parts, applying powdercoatings and paint to equipment, and producing consistent, high-quality finishes. Responsibilities Prepare parts for coating through cleaning, sanding, masking, and other surface-preparation methods. Apply powder coating and liquid paint using powder coating systems and HVLP spray equipment. Mix and apply coatings according to specifications. Inspect finished parts for coverage, color, texture, and overall quality. Properly use PPE and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications Powdercoating and/or HVLP painting experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to properly prepare surfaces and achieve consistent finishes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with industrial or automotive coatings is a plus. The position starts at $20/hr., with a 1st-shift work schedule.
