This job requires a minimum of 1 year experience with Powder Coat Painting. Duties:

• Perform set up for powder coating to ensure safety and quality of work
• Operate and maintain machines used in the production process
• Set up equipment according to specifications and ensure proper functioning
• Monitor operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality control and make adjustments as necessary
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Experience setting up and operation of powder coating equipment
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar software for machine operation
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and ability to perform basic inspections
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Familiarity with tooling and ability to fabricate parts as needed
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Note:

Previous experience as an industrial painter in a manufacturing environment is required.
