The candidate will maintain painting equipment, perform miscellaneous paint operations, and contribute to high-quality finishes on airframes from nose to tail while collaborating with a skilled team in a dynamic aviation environment.               • Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old coatings or corrosion, including masking, priming, and applying filler as needed
              • Mix paints, primers, and other coatings according to specifications
              • Perform layout and masking as necessary
              • Paint aircraft, small parts, and various surfaces according to required specifications
              • Maintain painting equipment (spray guns, compressors, etc.) in proper working order
