In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings to marine vessels and components, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to strict safety and quality standards. Your expertise in various spraying techniques, surface preparation, and finishing will contribute directly to the production of top-tier marine equipment. Requirements 3-5 years of proven experience with shipyard marine painting with an airless paint sprayer. Prepare surfaces of marine vessels and components through cleaning, sanding, and surface treatment to ensure optimal coating adhesion. Operate spray guns, including airless paint spraying to apply coatings with precision and consistency. Must be able to mix paint Interpret production documents such as work orders, technical drawings, and quality standards to execute tasks accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, machining equipment, and fabrication techniques to assist in surface preparation and assembly processes. Must be able to pass a marine spray test using an airless sprayer. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen #IND1
