About the Role As a Collision Repair and Refinishing Specialist, you will play a vital role in restoring vehicle aesthetics and structural integrity through expert bodywork and precision paint application. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes that meet rigorous production standards while ensuring every vehicle is ready for the road. Responsibilities Execute complex body repairs including panel replacement, structural alignment, and meticulous surface preparation. Operate professional spray equipment to apply primers, base coats, and clear coats for a flawless, durable finish. Utilize advanced color-matching techniques to ensure seamless integration and consistent aesthetic quality. Perform comprehensive quality inspections to identify and rectify surface imperfections such as runs or fisheyes. Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace while strictly adhering to hazardous material handling and environmental safety protocols. Coordinate with cross-functional production teams to ensure project timelines and delivery schedules are consistently met. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of professional experience in automotive body repair or refinishing. Proficiency with modern paint systems, spray booth equipment, and body shop tools. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex surface defects. Must successfully pass a mechanical aptitude assessment. Preferred Skills Prior experience working in a commercial vehicle or large-scale manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of automotive structural integrity and finishing standards. Demonstrated commitment to precision craftsmanship and continuous process improvement.
