We're looking for an experienced Paint Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who already has a strong understanding of paint products and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions for their projects. Whether you're assisting a homeowner choosing the perfect finish or helping a contractor select the right product, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Assist customers with paint selection and product recommendations Tint and color-match Benjamin Moore paints Explain differences between paint products, finishes, primers, and applications Answer questions about surface preparation, coverage, and painting techniques Utilize POS system to process transactions accurately, handle cash or credit payments, and track customer interactions for future follow-up Maintain paint inventory and stock shelves as needed Keep the paint department organized and well-maintained Provide outstanding customer service to homeowners, contractors, and designers

Qualifications Required:

Previous paint experience Knowledge of interior and exterior paint products Understanding of paint finishes and application methods Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including

Saturdays Preferred:
