The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes on various surfaces. This role involves working with both hand and power tools to prepare, paint, and finish vehicles or structures, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional craftsmanship. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections. Apply paint using spray guns or brushes to achieve a smooth and even finish. Mix paints and other materials according to specifications to ensure color accuracy and consistency. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance as necessary. Experience 3 Years Required Candidates should possess the following skills: Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to painting and auto restoration. Experience in vehicle maintenance, including knowledge of auto body repair techniques. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes on all projects.
