Industrial Painter Worcester, MA Full-Time | 1st Shift $17.00 - 2nd Shift $18.70 Savvy Staffing Solutions is hiring seeking Industrial Painters for a leading manufacturing company in Worcester, MA. Shift:
Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Shift Differential Available) Responsibilities Perform industrial powder coat painting on production parts according to specifications. Hang parts and assemblies on the paint line in the correct sequence. Load and unload parts from paint conveyors and burn-off ovens. Set up, operate, monitor, and shut down paint line equipment. Operate and maintain automatic powder booths, lift equipment, and burn-off ovens. Inspect painted parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Select and use proper hangers and hooks for safe handling of parts. Clean and maintain painting equipment and work areas. Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures, including proper PPE use. Support production goals, cross-train as needed, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous industrial painting, powder coating, or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and manufacturing knowledge. Ability to safely operate power tools and production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work throughout the shift. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to pass a pulmonary function test.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.70 per hour
