Position:
Our Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all field operations for commercial and industrial painting and flooring projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards. As the primary on-site leader, our Superintendent coordinates labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and communication among project stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day field operations for painting and flooring projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Monitor project schedules and productivity to meet deadlines. Maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and field personnel. Identify and resolve job site challenges proactively.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial or industrial painting and flooring projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. Knowledge of safety standards and construction best practices. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
