Job Description
Wages are dependent upon a history of relevant field experience. Wage increases are based on a merit-shop environment. This position works in the company's fabrication shop to support operations on the company's construction sites and other projects. This person is responsible for taking in materials for preparation, sandblasting, and painting, as well as maintenance and preparation of the sandblasting and painting equipment and materials. Additionally, this person will work on other projects within the fabrication shop, when sandblasting and painting is not required. This requires work to happen independently and as a part of a small team on the projects. Regardless of prior formal training or experience, this person must demonstrate on the job, the ability to carry out or to quickly learn and competently execute, all essential functions of the position.
