This is a great opportunity for someone with painting, powder coating, or general manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Shift:
1st shift (4am-2:30pm) What You'll Do Load and unload parts from a conveyorized powder coating system. Prepare parts and surfaces for the painting process. Operate powder coating equipment and apply coatings to required specifications. Inspect painted parts for proper coverage, appearance, and finish. Identify defects and complete touch-ups or rework when needed. Safely move materials and components throughout the production area. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of painting equipment. Complete production and inventory transactions as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices. Follow all safety, quality, production, and work instructions. Report equipment, safety, or quality concerns to supervision. Assist with other production duties as needed. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred. Powder coating or industrial painting experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to safely handle parts of various sizes and weights. Basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Additional Experience That's a Plus Conveyorized paint or powder coating systems. Surface preparation and paint quality inspection. Material handling equipment or overhead cranes. Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
