Job Description
NOW HIRING - JOIN OUR TEAM
We are growing, and we're looking for an experienced Powder Coating Painter/Applicator to join our team! We are a family-owned powder coating company in Holland, MI looking for someone who takes pride in quality, works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and understands what it takes to produce a great finish.
What You'll Do:
Apply powder coating using manual and automatic spray equipment Adjust application techniques for different parts, colors, and specifications Inspect parts for proper coverage and quality Complete color changes and basic equipment cleaning Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Work closely with production and quality team members
What We're Looking For:
Powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
