EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year previous experience

Daily Work Expectations:

To work together with other sprayers to get daily production needs met before cleanup. Meet quality of work to customer expectations. Finish day s production. Work at a steady pace. Maintain clean work area. Quality checks. Assist other areas as needed. Daily clean up.

Work Environment/Conditions:

Prefinish facility. Spray booths. Heated, non-air conditioned shop. Concrete floors.

Required Work Hours:

Flex schedule according to workload (35-60 hour weeks) Monday-Friday with typical start time between 6:00-8:00 am. End time varies with production needs.

PPE Required:

Safety glasses. Respirator when spraying.
