Industrial Painter/ Production Technician Location:

$25-$30 DOQ We are seeking an Industrial Painter to join a manufacturing team in Blaine. This position will focus on preparing and spray coating manufactured parts using industrial coating processes such as dry film lubricant (DFL) and Cerakote. Responsibilities Prepare parts for coating, including masking, hanging, racking, and general surface preparation Review work instructions and coating specifications before beginning each job Mix and prepare coatings according to required specifications Apply coatings to parts using handheld spray equipment Adjust spray equipment as needed to maintain proper coverage and finish Inspect parts throughout the coating process for quality and consistency Load and operate curing ovens after coating is complete Set up, clean, assemble, and maintain painting equipment Move parts into and out of paint and preparation areas Assist with tracking coating supplies and inventory Keep the paint booth and work area clean and organized Qualifications Previous industrial painting or coating experience preferred Experience with Cerakote, dry film lubricant (DFL), automotive painting, powder coating, or similar spray applications is a plus Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail Comfortable working with spray guns and production equipment Able to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and procedures Basic computer skills Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance Able to work independently as well as part of a team Willing to work overtime when needed High school diploma or GED preferred Midwest Staffing Group & KeyStaff Professionals prohibits discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, and any other characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and/or local laws. #IND1
