POWDER
COATING TECHNICIAN / CERAKOTE PAINTER / INDUSTRIAL PAINTER
1st & 2nd
Shift Available Pay:
$26.50-$30.00 per hour Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire United Staffing Group, LLC is seeking experienced Powder Coating Technicians, Cerakote Painters, and Industrial Painters to join our manufacturing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, clean, sand, rack, hang, and mask parts Mix and apply powder coatings, Cerakote, or industrial paint Operate spray equipment, paint booths, and curing ovens Inspect finished parts for quality and proper coating Adjust spray equipment as needed Read work orders and coating specifications Maintain equipment and a clean, safe work area Safely operate cranes and other production equipment Follow all safety and quality procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Previous powder coating, Cerakote, or industrial painting experience preferred Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail Ability to read and follow work instructions Basic computer skills Reliable and punctual with good attendance Willingness to work overtime when needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Welding/fabrication experience is a plus High school diploma/GED preferred.
