Overview:

As a Powder Coater at CJ, Inc., you will be responsible for preparing and applying powder coating to a variety of items. While experience is recommended, it is not required as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare items for powder coating by removing dirt, grease, and other contaminants. Apply powder coating using specialized equipment, ensuring even coverage and quality finish. Monitor equipment operation to maintain proper temperature. Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with other tasks as needed to support production operations.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required, but experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
