Associated Finishing Incorporated - Generations of Family, Opportunities, and Relationships AFI is currently seeking a paint prep technician to carry out various tasks at our industrial finishing shop, located in Litchfield, MN. We value flexibility, attention to detail, reliability, and motivation and we need someone who holds these same values. Previous experience in industrial finishing is not necessary - we will train you!

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Hanging/washing/packing parts
• Prepping products for powder coating applications
• Maintain accurate counts
• Clean and organize work environment
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• Able to work on foot for extended periods of time

Shifts:

Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, no weekends or holidays!
