Saint Paul, MN Pay Rate:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour

2nd

Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM 3rd

It's hands-on work that builds skill and confidence with every shift. Join a team where effort gets noticed, and results matter. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; paid training provided Previous plating, metal finishing, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow detailed work instructions Experience with quality standards, hazardous materials, or industrial production is a plus Job Duties Perform metal plating and finishing processes according to specifications Load, hang, and remove parts from production racks Follow work orders, production instructions, and quality standards Complete required documentation and production records Assist with line maintenance and housekeeping tasks Work safely with chemicals, equipment, and hazardous materials Conduct visual quality inspections on finished products Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Metal Plater. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Frequently handle materials up to 10 lbs. Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
