Powder Coater — $20-$22/hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus Precision Powdercoating | Wyoming, MN Precision Powdercoating is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team. No experience is required—we're willing to train! Previous powder coating or manufacturing experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$20-$22 per hour, based on experience.

Sign-on bonus:

$500 after completing 60 days of employment.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Friday overtime:

As scheduled.

Position:

Full-time. What You'll Do Learn to apply powder coatings to metal parts for a consistent, high-quality finish. Review work instructions to confirm the correct powder, color, and finish. Prepare and check parts before coating, including cleaning, masking, and identifying surface defects. Set up, operate, and adjust powder coating equipment with training. Inspect coated parts and help correct finish issues. Clean spray booths and equipment between colors to prevent contamination. Assist with routine equipment maintenance and report problems. Work with teammates to meet production deadlines and quality expectations. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. What We're Looking For No experience required; powder coating or manufacturing experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and take direction. Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. A positive attitude and ability to work well with others. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move parts.
