Painter

At Roundhouse Industries, we build hardworking trailers for people who depend on them. That means we need painters who can step in, get oriented quickly, and produce consistent, high-quality finishes in a production environment. This is not an entry-level training position. It is a role for someone with real-world painting experience who understands prep, application, and finish work without constant oversight.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will prep steel surfaces for paint, including cleaning, sanding, and masking. You will apply coatings using spray equipment in a production setting. You will maintain consistent coverage, finish quality, and proper film thickness. You will work with industrial coatings and follow proper application procedures. You will keep your work area organized and follow shop safety practices.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience with industrial painting, automotive painting, or similar production environments. Comfort using spray guns and working with different coatings and finishes. Understanding of surface prep and how it affects final quality. Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining attention to detail. Reliability, accountability, and pride in finished work.
