This role requires the ability to work across all facets of the powder coat line.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively within a team, following instructions and completing tasks delegated by the paint lead. Demonstrate expertise in operating equipment for surface preparation, primer, and topcoat application. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and booths. Operate machinery and equipment proficiently for priming parts. Conduct paint rework repairs as necessary. Work comfortably in a respirator. Fulfill any other duties assigned. Possess experience in painting within an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in each listed duty and will be assessed on their ability to produce finished parts without the need for repairs.
