Job Description

We are seeking motivated Lamination Technicians to build high-quality fiberglass and carbon fiber boats. This hands-on position involves fiberglass layup, epoxy lamination, vacuum infusion, finishing, repairs, and general composite manufacturing processes. Prior composite manufacturing experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates willing to learn. A successful candidate is a dependable, safety-conscious individual who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building premium boats while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and quality. Key Responsibilities Perform fiberglass and composite lamination processes Execute vacuum infusion and resin bagging Prepare molds, tooling, and production materials Trim, sand, fair, and finish composite parts Complete repairs and refinishing as needed Follow work instructions and quality standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Properly use PPE and follow safety procedures Assist with material handling and inventory control Qualifications Experience in fiberglass, composite manufacturing, marine or related production environments preferred Ability to read tape measures and use basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Experience Boat manufacturing Fiberglass or carbon fiber composites Marine repair Automotive body work Industrial painting and finishing
