Structural Steel Painter Location:

Saint Joseph Missouri Full-Time | On-Site | Competitive Pay Interlock Steel Structures USA Inc. (TEAM PERKA) is seeking a Structural Steel Painter to join our team. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a supportive, team-first environment — we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Apply Primer to steel structures Maintain paint room equipment Lead quality control (send materials back if need be) Operate forklifts to move materials Help prep hardware (bolts, fasteners, band bundles of frames etc.) Light welding to repair frames if needed Support safe, efficient shop flow with your team ✅

Requirements:

Experience in industrial or structural steel painting (preferred) Familiar with shop tools, equipment, and safety protocols Strong attention to detail, specifically weld size and quality Dependable, honest, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow Why Work With Us?
